How to Start a Return

Please email us at notifications@pureoceanalgae.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will respond with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow for a certain number of days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our best to package our products carefully, but sometimes issues can occur during transit.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at notifications@pureoceanalgae.ie. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or provide a full refund for the item. In the case of damage during shipping, we will handle any necessary claims with the courier, so you don't have to.
