  • Rate: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €4.95 for all orders within Ireland.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on all Irish orders over €60.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders within Ireland are typically delivered within 1-3 business days via An Post.

International Shipping

  • Destinations: We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

  • Rates: Shipping costs for all international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination region.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination. While we cannot provide an exact timeframe, deliveries typically range from 7-21 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Yes, all shipments are tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For all orders shipped outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. Pure Ocean Algae Ltd. is not responsible for these charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customercare@pureoceanalgae.ie.
